My practice

My practice is integrative, which means I take into account the person as a whole: mind, body, emotions, relationships, and life context. I work with each individual’s current experience to support them in moving toward a state of homeostasis, a beneficial and personalized sense of balance.

I offer a safe, respectful, and co-created space where you can explore the topics, questions, and experiences that you are going through.
Here are some non-exhaustive examples:
emotions, cognition, life story, family and transgenerational dynamics, social context, trauma, development, attachment, self-esteem, work, binational and bicultural identity, LGBTQIA+...

Following professional experience within public institutions (psychiatric care, national education system, national police), I chose to open a private practice and now offer sessions exclusively online.

My practice hours:

  • Pair-numbered weeks: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Impair-numbered weeks: Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

This alternating schedule and online format allow me to dedicate time to ongoing training, professional supervision, and personal therapy, as well as to activities that deeply matter to me and help me recharge.
The idea is to build and maintain a healthy personal balance, in order to offer a therapeutic presence that is consistent, grounded, and coherent.

Trained by the ALPHA Institute in vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and moral injury, I also support caregivers, healthcare workers, and professionals regularly exposed to complex or potentially traumatic situations.

In addition to talk therapy, I use Lifespan Integration (LI)—a therapeutic approach that helps clients revisit past life events through specific protocols, supporting the integration of life experiences.

I am currently training with the Double Hélice Institute (Level 3) and receive regular supervision for this modality.
